If you wish to make PPI complaints and you want to be assured of winning, you must be able to fully understand your rights and know how to claim ppi the right way.
Of course, there are sets of questions you may need to answer:
Were you made aware that the policy was tied with your credit card or loan or other financial agreements? Did the agent or lender assured you that “you will be fully protected” even if it is obvious that you are already a retired employee? Was the policy sold to you despite of the fact that it did not cater to your needs? Were you told that PPI policy was “compulsory” to obtain credits? Were you sold a PPI where the cost of the entire policy was just added at the outset of the actual loan?
Where all these things mentioned above happen, you have a strong reason to lodge complaints. Soliciting opinion of experts maybe helpful but the ball is in your hands and you must keep it rolling by making follow up calls instead of waiting for feedback. If you are not happy with the outcome, you can then opt to consult solicitors for a minimal fee or agencies who will charge you if you win the case.
