Jaksta Media Recorder may look like a simple product, but it can help you where no other software can due to it’s ease of use. It is worth investing in if you are a music or video user as it will help you stay ahead of the game in as far as getting the latest hits. It also allows you to download videos that you wish to watch without an internet connection.

1. Go For The Purchase

Jaksta is definitely worth investing in because while you may spend $30 or so for the software, you’ll be saving yourself a lot of money in the long-run as you won’t be purchasing these new tunes. You will be able to access the music online, stream it into your computer, or download it and listen to it later.

This is my personal favorite use for Jaksta as I just open up a music video and choose to download only the audio instead of the video. Only takes a few seconds with my internet connection (speed will vary if your internet sucks).

2. Transferring The Audio

Once the music has been saved to your computer, you can add it to playlists or transfer it to an mp3 player of your choice. You’ll then be able to play it wherever you wish obviously. Move it to your iTunes, put it on your phone or player and enjoy your new music – all without paying a dime.

Now it may be harder to find some independent tracks, but with the popularity of YouTube these days, you can find virtually any track ever produced.

3. Convert Audio or Video

After Jaksta has downloaded the music to your computer, you then have the option to convert the file to whichever format you wish. Most people won’t have a use for this, but it’s still a cool feature that you may find useful.

4. Oh Yea – You Can Download Videos

Jaksta was designed for users to download videos from YouTube and other similar sites. This is why it was designed. However, my favorite use for it is for downloading music off of the videos that various people post on YouTube. It’s simple and when you can choose to download the audio only, it’s a no-brainer.
