  • Butter or cooking spray (to coat pan)
  • 24-ounce loaf of Brioche, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 8-ounce package of cream cheese, cut into 18 individual cubes**
  • 3/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups of milk**
  • 1/2 cup of firmly packed, dark brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of cloves
  • 4 Tbsp. melted butter
  • Powered sugar (for serving)
  • Pure maple syrup, warmed (for serving)
